How do i avoid toxic people from work

I work in Bangalore, i usually hang out with tamil ppl there , ippo ena katha na...they keep pinging me during conversations like " thora epavum branded satta than poduvaru " broo wtf en kaasu na enavum podren... literally omg looks like I'm hanging out with the wrong people and they say this on daily basis as if they are working for free and I'm the only one getting paid , ithu kooda paravala dailyum there would be a talk about outfit cost ... it's super annoying and keeps running in my mind , pls suggest some solutions for this and one mf asked yesterday " if you have so much money why do you work here " i felt so dumb for even hearing this out ...ithuku antha jaalra kootam vera " ketan paru kelvi " 🙏 i jus said " neenga sambalam vangalaya " and left the place mfs literally ruining my mental peace
