Career Advice - Job offer at PRS Semicon group

Vanakkam makkale, A close friend of mine got an offer in VLSI field in this company called PRS Semicon, I tried to search about them. One of the reasons i asked was because they ask for a security deposit of 75k to cover training cost in case you leave before an year. So, anyone who knows of this place or knows someone who might have worked here. Kindly drop your thoughts on work culture and related things about this place. Thanks
