Yesterday, my sister was passing through the Bhagal area when three boys on a Burgman scooter rode very close to her vehicle. As they passed, they tried to scare her by throwing a live chicken at her. This isn’t the first time I've heard of such incidents in the Bhagal, Chowk, and Old City areas. I keep hearing similar stories about these places. Is it advisable for girls to pass through these areas, or should they avoid them altogether?
