A value for money place that can finally give me a decent haircut

I have been that guy who somehow always ends up withthe most atrocious haircut. I have tried some local salons but never liked the haircut. I have finally decided to get a nice haircut. Recommend me some places that could get me a good haircut. Please mention the price as I am a student and ithe peice kind of matters to me.
