Used car trusted dealers

Hey surties, I'm looking into buying my first car (used) to learn and get better at driving. My budget is 3 lakhs, does anyone have a trusted used car dealer. If anyone is also in contact with someone selling their car I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks :)
