URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR INJURED DOG

I have found a dog in near sanjeev kumar auditorium, behind rajhans cinema, Pal. He was hit by a vehicle around a week ago. I want to get this dog treated ASAP. I am ready to bear all the expenses of the treatment and aftercare. If anyone has any contact for helping this dog then please tell me.
