Please give me advices!

I feed these 4 stray puppies near Athwagate every time I see them there which is like 4-5 times a week. I don't get paid much at my job and it's a real struggle to feed them regularly. My heart hurts llike heck when I see them and I don't have snacks to feed them 😭😭 Please advice me on what can I do? Like contact someone who could help them somehow? I know the options are less but please please give me advices.
