Need suggestion of places to go on a date but there's a catch

Hey y'all, As title says I'm planning it in between 8 am to 11 am in the morning near vesu if possible. Most likely on weekday and I don't know if I should go to dumas (haven't been there since childhood so I'm uncertain) as I don't have a licence so two wheeling with a girl might be an eye itching thing for our respective police. I work and I just don't got a time to make dl yet. I don't need any trouble subeh. Maybe itni subeh koi bhi kuch nahi hoga but koi confirm kardo bhai. All I need is just peaceful seating with good view of nature(fr if there are any good lake view park too then please let me know aswell) somewhere without worrying about any crowd (few people would be okay).Thanks :) Ps: Any serene cafe/rest at this time? Which wouldn't bother to disturb for least 4 hrs?
