Guys help me with a assignment on SOSYO fruit drink

So I am a culinary student at WGSHA Manipal and we have this class on wine appreciation and we got this assignment or to say a research topic on anything related to wine, alcohol, liqueurs, beer or moctails, refreshments, fizz drinks anything you call it let it be history, making process, composition whatever you choose and I chose SOSYO given that it has a so much history to it and that very unique flavor profile like old monk yk with hints of vinegar and apple cidar so yes it it goes all we'll I'll put up my assignment on display and be proud a part of my city hangs in this college so help me gather information about SOSYO no please no wikipedia like something no one knows I need composition, how it's made, some history or quirky fats, anything related to it I tried contacting SOSYO but no response from them so guys if anyone can help me please do assist I am nearing deadline of it and yes I am getting a big crate of SOSYO here to assist my topic
