First time egg dishes

Being a vegetarian, I am looking forward to try egg for the first time. Suggest me some good places/dishes to try for the first time, preferably near vesu, piplod, citylight, VIP road And if I should keep in mind regarding the taste or anything else because I haven't tried it before so I'm a bit skeptical too.
