Aadhar card query

Hi, I applied for my son and daughters aadhar card last month . While my son's was issued my daughters is still showing as in process ( normal enromnent time is 30 days while its more than 50 days). I lodged a complaint with the help desk, spoke with the customer care, visited the aadhar center to know the reason for delay. No answer. They just asked me to wait. Is this normal? How can I escalate this.
