Vedanta - avoid or consider?

Pros: 1. Irregular but net positive profits despite losses reported in some quarters 2. Good dividend payout 3. FIIs increased shareholding from 8.6% in December 2021 to 11.45% in September 2024 Cons: 1. Promoter holding has decreased over the last quarter: -2.93% 2. Promoters have pledged 100% of their holding. The most worrying concern is the entire holding being pledged. The share price has also shown a decent increase over the past few weeks and FOMO is taking over. What needs to be done? Buy in small quantities or avoid?
