This shit is becoming so common, is it really BSE issue or Brokers are hiding their failures?

Yesterday I invested around 12k lumpsum on various mutual funds due to panic dip along with other SIP orders. I see this today, this is totally unacceptable as this happens so frequently these days when market crashes like this. Is it really a BSE issue? Or some scam is going on? It’s so frustrating.
