NSE India limited unlisted

Hi all, Needed your opinion on this I am getting NSE unlisted share for 1800 and minimum lot size is 1000 shares PE is at 62 Market cap is at 4,57,875 cr ( this is my biggest worry) Eps is at 29.72 PB is at 22.4 I feel it’s a good opportunity. However I feel it’s overvalued . I have been a good value investor so far . Your suggestions would be welcomed. PS : I have been advised against it.
