MobiKwik ipo

Hii guys so im new in investing i have applied for ipo today which costed me 14787 rupees and it was given by my father for my tution fees which is due on 26 and now i got a text from paytm that my amt will be blocked till 28 if approved something.. Can anyone explain me abt that please I’m i fked and how and when i will get back my money if i didn’t get the allotment. Pls let me know. Thank you 🙏
