Help Needed: Buying/Selling Stock at the Opening Price

I'm trying to figure out how to buy or sell a stock at the exact opening price (first traded price of the day at 09:15:00). I have no issues with pre-market trading and would actually prefer it if I can get a better price. However, I'm finding it difficult to consistently achieve this. I've tried spamming market orders at 09:14:58, but sometimes I still miss the opening price by at least 0.5 - 1%. Additionally, I'm considering placing orders in the pre-market session. My concern is that I don't know if the stock will gap up or down, and my order might not get executed. Does anyone have any tips for placing limit orders in the pre-market to achieve my goal?
