Gainers in downfall

Although market is blood red still i see many stocks gaining like 20% which is a very big catch in this drop-down !! Like - Heads UP ventures, Thangamayil Jewellers and Shyamkamal investments many more are above 15%. Although these are small caps but does anyone know how to pic these kind of stocks or is it a silver lining that is not reachable ! It might sound silly question but i have just started learning about investments and trading so any guidance would be appreciated!!
