Which is better? Zerodha resident or NRI Account?

Hi, I’m an NRI and recently converted my resident bank account into NRE and NRO account. I reside in the UK. UK has double tax treaty with India. The question I have is, is there any tax advantages of one account over the other? Should I create a NRI account or a resident account using my parent’s details?
