When to sell stocks. How to fix random purchases

So I have bought over 40 stocks over the last 3 years and they all have given positive returns thanks to the boom. Now the point is I have no idea when I should sell any of them or not. I'm a retirement investor and my time frame is 20-30 years. The buy and forget types. They are all small cap, mid cap, large cap but reputed high quality companies. No adani stock at all. Should I just sell everything and shift to index, should I leave them for 10 years. I don't need the money, I just dont know how to track this entire mess now
