When to average this stock?

Need help. I have ircon in portfolio and is down 50% when shall I average. I have masked the amount to avoid "c*ud gaye guru* comments. I can average the stock. I can buy 2x the number of shares at avg price of 150 in June/July time frame(provided stock is still there) and I can buy 1x number of shares at present. I'm not sure if at all I should average this stock. What are the support levels now? Thought 180 was support level followed by 140-160 range. Question: Should I average? At what price? There is no urgency in selling the stock in near team, I can wait. Experts out here , do give your opinion on this. My opinion is to avg and wait for bullet train projects in India:)
