Trump Ends FCPA Probe, Adani Green might shoot up today?

Trump passed an order to pause all FCPA probes under which Adani Green is being investigated. What do you all think? \*Edit: I've never bought Adani stocks before as it's a high risk, just thought of making a quick buck intraday with this news.
