If for example a company is acquiring another company, how to predict the movement in the stock price of acquiring company following the news of acquisition. Some factors maybe: -Premium paid - Funding method: cash, stock or debt - Investors sentiment - Financial statement of acquired company - Quantify synergies - Valuation (Comparable method) Any other points?
