Thoughts on NCC

I have not done any great analysis but I have been reviewing it for 10 months. It was quite a hot topic back than but now nobody thinks of it. It has fallen below that price, if I am not wrong it is 210 right now. I know that it has missed its eps target that's why that steep 10% decline but what is its future potential? Is it going to make a comeback or fall back?
