Selling delisted shares

Hi, we are trying to help a aged relative who wants to close his demat account. The demat account is with IDBI bank/ IDBI capital. They need us to sell all the shares before closing the accounts(Sb acc , Demat acc and trading account) We have been able to liquidate most of the holdings except for the following shares which we are not able to sell ESL steel - Quantity - 60 Sintex Plastics - Quantity - 10 Prakash Pipes Quantity - 18 (the ISIN code for prakash pipes is not visible in the demat statement) How can we offload these shares.Can we sell these shares to Siddi Vinayaka Temple or Tirupathi Tirumala Temple ? The support from IDBI is poor.
