Risk Management

Hello there, I have been in trading for quite a while but I need to focus more on Risk management side. Here are my questions 1. How do you guys manage your risk ? 2. Are there any tools on internet for this which specializes in this aspect? 3. I have seen lots of tools/indicators which pretend to make an edge, but never seen alot about Risk management. If you have some good resources on this, do share.
