Regarding old unclaimed shares.

I have been contacted by a company which will help me recover old unclaimed shares of a company( I have shares certificates of that company in physical form). The company is asking for 15 percent + gst of market value of shares credit in demat + dividends. Is the fees too high? As this process is difficult to do on my own, should I rely on them?
