Received 2 mandates for 1 lot of IPO, and I accepted both mandates. Help!!

Few days ago I Applied for Transrail IPO. But i received 2 mandates and I accepted both of them. Amount blocked twice. I didn't got the allotment so my amount for single lot is realised But another one is still Blocked. What should I do? Does anyone have faced the same problem?
