RBI rate cuts ? Inflation ? Liquidity ? Lets discuss !
I don’t know for sure what RBI will decide, but if I analyze the situation right now in India. Here’s why a rate cut may not happen tomorrow: Inflation Concerns: RBI’s primary focus is to keep inflation within its target range (4% ± 2%). Recent inflation numbers have been slightly elevated due to food and fuel prices, so RBI might wait for inflation to cool down further before cutting rates. Cutting rates too soon could fuel inflation further, which is why central banks prefer to be cautious. And if there is no rate cut tomorrow, there is gonna be BLOODBATH. What are your thoughts?2
