Portfolio review time

Started investing last year, maintaining XIRR of 17% over two years, not the best, starting completely new from today onwards. JM Flexi Cap Direct - 5000₹ Motilal Oswal Midcap Direct - 10000₹ Tata Small Cap Fund Direct - 7500₹ Motilal Oswal Nifty Midcap 150 Direct - 10000₹ Thinking of a Large Cap Mid Cap or may be a additional flexi Cap for additional 10000₹ Lessons learned in 2024, never investing in stocks directly, it was a disaster end trying to time the market but loss was only 20% of investment made so could make profits in longer time frame. Trying to contain the portfolio as I was maintain SIP/Lumpsum in 9 different Mutual funds in last two years. Risk appetite is High now as I have emergency fund in FD (2 Lacs) and same amount in liquid for safety net or any good opportunity.
