Portfolio check!

This is my portfolio for the long term. I keep selling and reinvesting my portfolio and this is what I came up with 3 months ago for the long term. Planning to add slowly as I keep saving. Wanted suggestions, my aim is to create a medium risk portfolio hence have blue chips, mid and small caps. Any comments, questions and suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
