No email response after applying in mobikwik ipo

I have applied for mobikwik ipo and my amount from bank account has been blocked. There is no bid confirmation email from NSE or BSE. Is this a scam ? Are they keeping our money for their gains? Do anyone faced with this issue. Also when I searched allotment status in website but the website only shows 500 internal server error means the server is down since morning. I also this is my first ipo . Don't ignore this post kindly share your thoughts . Thank you
