Movikwik ipo

I am still kinda newbie as far as investing in stock is concerned. Therefore I do not understand the hype around Movikwik IPO and why people are subscribing it so much. I used mobikwik couple of time and do not understand it's big appeal. Thought it would be like any other ok ok IPO. I missed some bus that I don't know about ... So enlighten this idiot here. Thanks.
