Leaving Fno for once and all !

I had stated option buying last year without any idea of greeks,alpha ,beta,theta or any setups. One day I'd be up by 35000 and the other day it would be -50000. Months later formed a setup on basic support and resistance and took my trades only an hour after nse bell. I was having a monthly return of 8% on my capital and blew all of it on recent 5 trades.Lost 1 lakh in total .Leaving Fno once and for all. Might invest for long term in quality stocks or index funds. There might be successful option traders but the volatility induced stress and panic isn't for me .
