Is there an opportunity for brokers to deal in cash or usdt alone?

Is there an opportunity for forex brokers to accept deposit in cash or usdt? Like if there was an option for a broker to collect liquid cash from anywhere in India or help you convert cash to usdt, will traders ne interested? Same applies for withdrawal. I am asking because it's a headache to deposit and withdraw using apps like exness.
