I know I fcked up, Anyway I can minimize the loss

I've bought them 2 days ago since the entire market outlook was bearish. Should I sell/hold? All of them were ITM but now have become OTM. Also the decay is eating into more loss. I did see a reason when I was taking the put option. But now I'm utterly confused. I initially took them as a hedge against my 30k loss portfolio.
