I have 50Lakhs. Need to YOLO

I am 32 (F) and have 50L in my demat account. I am required to pay 50% of this amount as settlement to Mr. X when the money hits my bank account. If I suffer a loss I will pay less based on the amount deposited in my account. If I make gains I will cover the settlement with my gains. Everyone wins. Happy New Year Folks
