How to know if Gold ETF is overvalued?

Gold ETF is one of the best way to invest in gold. But I have read on this sub and other places that an ETF may get overvalued at times due to higher demand of ETF. This means ETF is no longer reflecting the actual gold price. Is this correct understanding? How do I identify if an ETF is overvalued?
