How motilal oswal most shares nasdaq 100 etf returns are higher than nasdaq 100 index?

I was looking to invest in usa based etfs in india.. while looking at QQQ etf from usa which tracks nasdaq 100 returned 144% in last 5 years. Motilal Oswal most share nasdaq 100 etf which seems to track same index showing 244% returns. How is this possible? Can somebody explain please? I can't find anything on the web.
