Got my Indian Liquid Net Worth to 8 digit.
Just got my CAS statement today and my liquid net worth just touched 8 digit mark(for me liquid net worth is something I can liquidate in 7 working days). https://preview.redd.it/co2s0ryxzk6e1.png?width=377&format=png&auto=webp&s=e3df9b961b074d91999301bbdb2af5610d9d5a27 It took me 5 years of constant investing. In addition to this I have another 30 lakhs in crypto and Gold. and have equal amount invested in commercial RE(that generate me a rental income of around 25k PM). Now I am in a slight dilemma, one of my goals attached to the equity investments is to buy a house in my hometown for my parents. A decent villa in my home town cost around 1 crore and the fund attached to this goal has value of around 40 lakhs. Would you guys recommend taking that(40L) amount and make the downpayment or should sell the RE that I bought and make the entire payment or liquidate my portfolio to make the entire payment for the villa(this is my last option and not considering this) and increase my SIP with the interest that I would pay to the banks. I made certain calculations and for me mathematically selling the RE makes more sense but I am bit confused. Hope to get some feedback along with some reasoning if possible To give better context I am 29 M making around 4LPM(including the bonuses and stock vesting) planning to get married next year. The other financial goals are retirement and children education4
