Friend stuck with Readymix IPO

So my friend applied for the Readymix IPO and got it. The IPO as expected performed bad and now he's stuck with a 1000 shares which are going down only everyday. He can't find a buyer as he has to sell all 1000 quantity at once, a restriction put on by the exchange. What does he do about it now? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you
