Difference between NASDAQ FoF vs ETF

I do know that the Nasdaq100 Funds of Funds are currently not accepting new investments. But if they hypothetically were, what are the pros and cons (if any) of investing in - Motilal Oswal NASDAQ100 FoF - MON100 ETF Are there any reasons for which I should avoid them altogether? My main reason for wanting to do this is to mitigate the loss of the rupee falling against the dollar.
