Decades old paper shares

Hello all, My grandfather has some paper share certificates of ‘Harish Textile’ and ‘Mahesh Developers’ There are also some paper ledgers of SBI Mutual Fund and Motilal Oswal among a few more stock related documents. What is the way to digitalise them and/or cash them out?
