Beneficiary set up for off-market transactions is not present for input demat account number

Hello all, I am moving shares from one broker to another and have logged into CDSL Easiest to link the buyer's BOID. After setting it up, I received an email for the verification of beneficiary details for off-market transactions on CDSL. However, when I enter the demat account number of the sending stockbroker, I get the following error: "Beneficiary set up for off-market transactions is not present for the input demat account number." Could you please help me with the next steps? Thank you!
