Anyone else here track their net worth ?

I have been tracking my net worth for years now and it used to motivate me to do better. For last few years it was growing spectacularly and I didn't realize how much market / mutual fund gains were fueling the Net worth. NOw as the market is falling net worth is taking a nose dive and its painful to watch. It has even started affecting my mood these days. Anyone in the same boat here as me ? How do you guys deal with it ?
