Any website or tracker that shows me which Diis are investing in the market ?

Hey guys I wanted to know which Diis in particular are investing in the market. I don’t want to necessarily know where they are investing just who are investing Purpose - want to see the difference between gov Dii spending and non gov Dii spending. Feel the government are doing everything in their power to manage and soften the fall In the markets. Thank you
