Americans access to small caps on Bombay stock exchange

I am optimistic on the Indian economy and stock market over the next decade. A lot of larger companies can be bought but small caps are very hard to access. Currently There is a micro cap I would like to buy Jetking Infotrain Ltd BOM: 517063 I Have spent several hours trying to find out how to buy it through search engines and calling brokers. All services that allow me to sign up don't offer the stock those that do don't appear to let Americans sign up or at least require Indian phone numbers. Does anyone know how a American can access this stock?
