1.17 lakh crore

So far in this year FIIs have been net sellers worth 1.20 lakh crore, while DIIs have net bought 1.17 lakh crore worth of shares. Tbh that's not much of a difference. Still we're trading near the lows, can anybody provide some perspective here?
