Where to find co founder (I will not promote)

Hi guys, I am finishing my saas product and i am thinking about to find reliable marketing co founder to work together and promote my product. I am software developer over 7 years and i am able to do almost everything in tech world but i need some help in marketing. Wondering what is the best way to find a co founder, any thoughts?
