If I have multiple projects under my individual LLC, how can I split equity for one of them? (i will not promote)

Context: I have an individual llc with multiple apps under its belt (micro saas and mobile apps) I am looking to split equity for 1 of the mobile apps with a partner (influencer). Is the only way to do this to create another LLC? Are there simpler ways to create legal agreement of ownership of one particular app/asset in my individual LLC? I will not promote
