how the fuck do i file my taxes. i will not promote

for those who are delaware c corp with foreign qualification in new york, how do you file your taxes? i’ve filed my ct300 and can’t figure out if/how to file ct3 for new york? do i really have to get my own e filing software? help from anyone who’s done this before is greatly appreciated ✊
